I arrived after 5:30 needing my ESN number in order to activate satellite radio. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet to me, and the technician was happy to assist! He took my car and returned 5 minutes later with my ESN number. My daughter noticed that the service department closed at 5:30, so their customer service extended late that day. I'm in your service department at least twice a year and Jill seems to be the one that always gets stuck with me. I know very little about cars so I aways need lots of help. She goes out of her way to help me, no matter how busy she is. She is calm and explains each item and just treats people as they should be treated, you don't see that much anymore. She is amazing, My husband has been very ill this year and my car was left much longer then it should of been. The service department did let me know it was done and I explained why it was still there, instead of calling me over and over to pick it up she called and asked about my husband and offered to help.
